Doblar Museum

The Doblar Museum is located on the premises of the Doblar Hydroelectric Power Plant. The museum is dedicated to the history of the development of hydro-energy in Posočje It is intended for the general public, but also to educate the younger generations about the importance of hydro-energy, renewable energy sources and responsible environmental management.

The Doblar Museum is designed as a meeting point of many worlds - industrial heritage, the natural beauty of the Soča River and modern facilities. It is aimed at a wide range of visitors: school children, technical experts, tourists and anyone interested in the interplay of nature, culture and technical progress.
